Katie is Professor of Work and Employment. She has published her research widely in journals such as Human Relations, Journal of Management Studies, Human Resource Management, Human Resource Management Journal, and Work, Employment and Society and is co-editor of the ‘Oxford Handbook of Meaningful Work’ due to be published in 2019.
