A key challenge for many HR & OD practitioners is securing and ‘hard-wiring’ the benefits of organisational change. While you may achieve the desired benefits on initial implementation, subsequent uncoordinated actions can often undo early benefits.
Our Organisational Development group met on Tuesday, 3 December 2019 at the Cresta Court Hotel, to explore questions such as:
- How can you ensure your investment in people, effort, time and money draws the desired benefits on implementation and subsequently?
- How can you ensure continued commitment to the new model over time from the top, and ensure continued engagement from colleagues?
Fraser Penny lead a stimulating and interactive session where delegates were encouraged to share experience and pool ideas to create a model of best practice for securing the benefits of significant change.
