On 3 December 2019, we held a stimulating and interactive event on Securing the benefits of transformational change.
Hard-wiring the benefits of organisational change can be a real challenge for many HR & OD practitioners. Why? Because over time, the benefits achieved, following initial implementation, are often eroded by uncoordinated actions.
We were delighted to welcome Fraser Perry who is a leading consultant in Learning & Development and Organisational Development. Fraser began by gathering attendees’ expectations from the event.
Questions, concerns & challenges
We encouraged attendees to share their change management experiences (the good, the bad and the ugly) and then, working in small groups to pool ideas, we came together to create a model of best practice for securing the benefits of significant change.
We would like to thank Fraser Perry for leading our event. Fraser runs his own consultancy business, helping his clients to initiate and navigate significant change and generate step-change business and organisation performance improvement. With a background in Engineering, Supply Chain and Programme Management, Fraser combines strong process skills with a passion for developing people, teams and organisations.
