Christmas Jumper Day – Save the Children

It’s Christmas Jumper Day on Thursday 8 December 2022 and for every £2 donated between 1 December and 1 March, the UK government will give a further £2.

If you want to donate £2, you can via this link: Donate | Save the Children UK

The focus for the charity is helping mums and babies in Kenya.

Most people have Christmas jumpers these days but if not, don’t worry, Save the Children advocate no new jumpers are needed so we’d thought we put that to the test.

Check out your wardrobe and see what you have or maybe check out the charity shops. Check out what bits and bobs you have hanging around the house, in that bottom draw (we all have one right?).

After finding a bag full of buttons and a plain top, a Christmas tree was born 😊

Give it a go and let us know how you get on.
